Each year many of us scramble to find the best gifts for Christmas. Parents want to please their children and make them happy during this special time. This is the new version of the previous Mindstorm NXT and is said to be well worth the higher price tag. Children 10 years and up use this set to build their own robot. Once they get the basics down, they have instructions and parts to re-build as many other robots and program them the way they want. Other educational games are the Playmobil Pyramid that lets children explore how pyramids are put together using movable tunnels and traps. Younger children have the Fisher Price iXL 6-in-1 Learning system for preschoolers and the LeapFrog Leapster Explorer Learning Game System in which children can learn something different everyday using ebooks, online play, and even downloadable learning apps.

Where can I buy a cheap but good electric guitar and amp set?
I want to start learning how to play the electric guitar, so I'm looking for a full size electric guitar with an amp. I'm HOPING that the set can be around $100+, and come with a guitar and an amp/all the cords needed. If it's impossible to get a decent guitar and amp at this price, please give me the cheapest price available and where I can get it

The value pack/starter pack is probably your best bet, but I really wouldn't get one less than this one:

The cheapest I've seen is the Musicans Gear one at Guitar Center for about $110 but it is a complete waste of money. The Ibanes Mikro someone else recommended would be OK if you want a smaller size guitar, but it's $199 and is a small, cheap guitar and not a very good amp. The Epiphone LP Special II pack at least is a decent, full-size guitar and includes a 15 watt amp which hopefully you won't blow the speaker out of within a year. You really get what you pay for and you won't get a good guitar and amp for around $100, just not possible, sorry.
You could look for something used on Craiglist or at a local music store. If you're lucky you might get something decent between $100 - $200.
